Owned by Doug Adams, The Stalls at Whitefish came about as a unique way to use an empty loft in a horse barn. Built by myself and a far more capable friend, construction started in 2020 and concluded in 2021. Since then, many satisfied guests have experienced the rustic elegance of living in a barn. In the winter of 2022, I decided to add a small log cabin as a seasonal rental unit. Known as Little Cabin in the Woods, it's a glampsite available Spring through Fall.

The cabin was so situated in such a gorgeous meadow of wildflowers and tall trees. Deer and birds came to visit and it was so comfortable for myself and my daughter. The outdoor shower is lovely!

It was such a peaceful place to stay as we are farmers and do not like staying in town. It made for a great place to make our home base for our trip to Glacier.

Doug’s place was amazing! A little hidden gem off the beaten path. So many extra touches inside the Stalls and a beautiful garden just around the walkway.
